To stay competitive in today’s real estate development industry you need to be agile. Great deals come up frequently but they don’t last long. Our group of companies has been successful because of our continued access to quick capital for the acquisition and funding of projects. This easy access to capital comes at a cost. While the projects can easily absorb the fees and high interest rates of these funding sources, we would much rather pay those fees and rates to our investors than to the large banks. Slingshot Finance allows us to lend funds to our projects at the same rates the investment banks charge us while easily meeting our return targets to our investors.

Providence Income is one more example of the “Slingshot” philosophy. We want to build wealth for individuals and families – not for large institutions.

Providence Income Corp. is a capital pool investment the proceeds from which will be loaned to private Canadian controlled corporations in which directors of Slingshot Developments Inc. are either a director or a major shareholder. 
Money loaned will be used as deposits on industrial, commercial, residential or land acquisition and development projects in Western Canada.  All loans are limited in size and term and secured by the project assets.
